FSB Agents Arrested: Connected to American Election Hacks

Most of the US Media has ignored this: Another FSB officer (formerly the KGB) has been arrested in Moscow in the last two days, on treason charges that according to my IC sources, are definitely related to attacks that targeted the US Eleciton.

While his name isn’t known, he worked for Sergei Mikhailov, deputy chief of the FSB’s Center for Information Security who has also been implicated in attempting to hack the US Election. Mikhailov was arrested in December, after the FSB and Putin launched an investigation into the accusations that they were behind hacks that maybe influenced the election.

Major Dmitry Dokuchayev, another FSB officer is being held, along with Ruslan Stoyanov a manager at the Cybersecurity firm Kaspersky Lab in relation to this investigation. Dokuchayev headed another unit within the Center for Information Security and reportedly served under Mikhailov.

In one of his final orders as president, Barack Obama publicly endorsed the conclusions of the U.S. intelligence community that Moscow was behind the hacking and named nine top Russian officials and entities associated with the FSB and the Russian military intelligence agency, the GRU.

Of course, The FSB has not officially commented on the investigation.

Pesach “Pace” Lattin is the original hacker. At 10 years old he took his parents original 8088 XT computer and took it apart and was told that he had to put it together. It took him a few days to figure it out, but within a year he was building computers himself. He also spent much of his time selling computer game copies to his friends at school – making a nice little profit.
