Trump Gets Rid of Deputy National Security Advisor KT McFarland and Sends her to Singapore

In what wasn’t completely unexpected, Trump has removed KT McFarland a former Fox News analysis from her position as Deputy National Security Advisor, because of her closeness to Michael Flynn.

Of course, in Trump style, he announced it as a victory, nominating her as the Ambassador to Singapore:

“I am pleased to nominate K.T. McFarland to be Ambassador to Singapore, one of America’s great allies. While I am sorry to lose her, K.T.’s work in developing policies that put American interests first will have a lasting impact. She will remain an essential team member as she fulfills this new and important role.”

McFarland said she is looking forward to implementing Trump’s policies as ambassador to Singapore.

McFarland will be replaced with Dr. Rick Waddell, who hasn’t been in government for almost 20 years and has been living in San Paulo, Brazil. Dr. Waddell, who is also a Major General in the U.S. Army Reserve, most recently commanded the 76th Division (Operational Response), an organization responsible for protecting the United States homeland. Dr. Waddell served multiple tours of duty in Iraq and Afghanistan. A Rhodes Scholar and author of three books, Dr. Waddell holds a PhD in International Relations from Columbia, an MA in History and Portuguese from Oxford, and a BS from West Point.

Pesach “Pace” Lattin is the original hacker. At 10 years old he took his parents original 8088 XT computer and took it apart and was told that he had to put it together. It took him a few days to figure it out, but within a year he was building computers himself. He also spent much of his time selling computer game copies to his friends at school – making a nice little profit.
